Using stock photos

Unfortunately this has to be said, much as I wish it were not necessary.
Please note that there are a few ground rules that you need to follow if you wish to use my stock photos, they are:
If you want stock photos look in the stock folder buttercupminiatures.deviantart…
Do not use any photos which are NOT in the stock gallery, if they are not in the stock folder then they are NOT stock photos and are copyrighted.
If you use any photos please credit either Frances Powell or ~buttercupminiatures 
and let me know what you've done with it through the comments on the photo, I'd really like to see what you get up to! If you could favourite the photo too it'd make me really happy! Be creative with the usage, anyone can recolour or retouch (even me!), make a work of art instead!

so beautifully states please 'don't create anything that will make my Mam blush, she does check my DA account (she's fine with anything that Michaelangelo would have created so don't worry about tasteful/artful nudity)'. I guess my Mum would feel the same!
Please don't complain about the quality of my photos (I'm still learning the art of taking photos), if you don't like my work then find another photo on dA!
DO NOT sell my stock, use my stock for commercial works or anything you intend to make money off (DA prints are fine) or in any way use this stock for personal gain
If any of the above are ignored these photos will be removed from dA
If you have any doubts about stock photo usage, contact me, I don't bite (honest!!)

Miniature Musings

I've been with DA for about a month now and during that time I've been overwhelmed with the kind comments, tons of faves and llamas people have given me. I didn't think when I joined that I'd get such a warm reception!
In this journal I'll highlight a couple of the pieces from my favourites folder, tell you about the offers I'm running on my patterns over on Ravelry and invite you to join my newsletter to get even more knitting and crochet info!

All these pieces of art have inspired me, amazed me or made me laugh, you get the picture.
Now for something different
As some of you know I have a store and forum group (but only if you are a Ravelry member) over on Ravelry, where you can chat with me, favourite stuff, talk with other like minded people and view, buy and download patterns I have designed (and you don't even have to be a member to do that last bit!). Every week starting this week I'll be running a discount on a pattern. Some of them will be full size, some of them miniatures, some I'll have put up on here, some of them I won't. If you're a knitter or crocheter and you fancy checking out my store and my discounts then you can see them here. This week I'll be discounting my very popular crocheted carnation bouquet pattern
